4. Orangutan Tour 4 Days 3 Nights
5. Orangutan Tour 5 Days 4 Nights (with release turtle)
6. Orangutan Tour 6 Days 5 Nights (with dayak tribe)

Can we booking the tour without down payment?

No, you should sent us down payment before.

What different with down payment and Full payment?

if pay with full payment will get discount.

How many payment method do you have?

We have three method for payment, like are :

1. Wire transfer
2. Western union
3. Transferwise

Can you explain what the price include and exclude?

Include :

• Transfer in-out from airport or hotel
• Houseboat with full-board service
• Entrance fee to the national park
• English speaking guide
• Meals as mentioned in the itinerary. Beverages and local chef service during the tour. (Please let us know if you have any food alergies or special dietary)
• Fuel and clean water during the tour

Exclude :

• Flight tickets but if you need we can handle it if you get trouble booking like our guest before.
• Travel insurance
• Souvenir and other personal expenses, please bring Rupiah with you
• Gratuity for tour guide and boat crews

Can we cancel the tour ?

of course you can, but will will be charge a cancellation fee :

More than 30 days before departure : 20% from total payment
21 – 14 days before departure         : 30 % from total payment
14 – 07 days before departure         : 50 % from total payment
Less than 7 day before departure     : 100 % from total payment

Can we booking hotel and flight ticket too?
